Christoga is a non-traditional hatha yoga practice that throws out the blasphemous mantras and mudras and replaces them with Bible scriptures as the meditation focus. Watch as not-particularly-trim fitness instructor Mary Cunningham and washed up former TV star Janine Turner perfect their glassy-eyed Stepford Wife smiles while stretching and breathing for the Lord. In between, Turner lurks around a cheap, dark set in a long robe reciting bible passages.
