Maryana, a batik designer, conducted research in Singkawang to find original batik motifs from her homeland. He met Wina's friends, who met Hasan, a teacher who eventually became her husband. Their marriage was shaken because of Sarah's phone call asking Hasan for help. Hasan feels bad for Sarah's family who once helped him.
