Following Wu Tian's murder, Li Li—the head of a local real estate company—is gripped by panic; she attempts to flee the dangerous area with her younger sister, Li Mei, but Li Mei refuses to leave. Meanwhile, even as the police investigation faces numerous obstacles, Liu Huaqiang continues his criminal activities and plots further offenses. Thus, an intense game of cat-and-mouse—a clash of police pursuit and vengeful retribution—unfolds across the city.
